The Quality Management Team of UND FASHIONS comprises of expatriate textile professionals with many years of experience in quality control an assurance behind them.

UND FASHIONS has a unique system to test fabrics and garments at all stages in a fully state-of-the-art equipped laboratory to ensure all potential quality issues are identified and rectified well before shipments are made. Test such as dimensional stability, color fastness, light fastness, crocking, pilling, fastness to perspiration, fabric and garments performance, color matching (Spectrophotometer), composition and fabric structure analysis are undertaken for every batch of fabrics before cutting. Vigorous garment, accessory and embellishment testing is also conducted including any customer specific special test. All test methods are conformance to the ISO, BSEN, and AATCC standards. UND FASHIONS ensures extensive QC monitoring and control system right from the raw material, sample development, pre-production, bulk production to production packing, meeting and surpassing the required quality standards of customers. We have strong Q.C Team to maintain Accurate Quality Level of our products. They are continuously providing their services wholeheartedly from sample development (QUALITY MAINTAINING AS BUYER’S REQUIREMENT), Inline Inspection during production running, Final Inspection before shipment. They are involved in inspection following aspects, too.

Management: We do believe in dynamic and accountable management systems. Hence, we do follow the Total Quality Management (TQM) systems. With a view to fulfill this, we do hire the best hands available in the industries. The working hands are working here independently with their appropriate authorities and responsibilities.

The Way We Work: Shipment of quality clothing on time is the prime objective of UND FASHIONS  to achieve this, we do the following works:-  

Factory Selection: To ensure smooth production, our QA (Quality Assurance) team is visiting different garments factories on regular basis. We have a factory evaluation guideline to enlist the vendor as production unit of Fancy Tex. This evaluation guideline is of international standard. On the basis of our evaluation, we selected some factories. They are our regular vendors. Moreover, we are always searching for new factories to expand our production capacity.

Sourcing of Yarn and Fabrics:

This is the responsibility of our Textile Division to select the right source and to monitor the overall procurement process of yarn and fabric. Since, we are closely associated with different reputed textile mills of Asia; we are in a favorable position to ensure this important task on time. Regular contacts with the yarn/fabrics sources to get the lab-dips, to ensure the bulk production, to get the pre-shipment sample and to ensure the yarn/fabric shipment on time is the full responsibility of UND FASHIONS 

Quality Check during Production:This is another important job of UND FASHIONS . We take care of

Quality during fabric fabric-making stage. We monitor the knitting/weaving of the yarn, supervise the dyeing and approve each and every batch of fabric sent into our production lines. As such we are able to guarantee the quality of our fabrics and ensure it is defect free and up to your requirements. Our inspection team is not only preparing the production QC Report, but also providing remedies (if possible) on the spot to ensure smooth production. This strategy is ensuring on time shipment and benefiting all of us (vendors, UND Fashions  and buyers).

Overall Co-ordination till Shipment:

UND Fashions  co-ordinates the whole process of clothing production with utmost sincerity. Lab-dip Approval, Factory selection, Production process monitoring, approval of pre shipment samples, LC / Banking procedures, customs, GSP documentation, Shipping and all other function till to shipment also Bank to Bank documentation are made by our company by our hardworking team. Regular Reports to the Importers/BuyersWe provide reports on quality and production status to the buyers/importers on regular basis. Format or our Quality control Report could be changed as per the special wishes of buyers / importers. Textile and clothing business is not free of tribulations. If any crisis arises, we do our level best to resolve this from our part. But at the same time, we always keep buyers informed about the situation
